A terrible, terrible experience. The support staff - nurses, helpers, maids and attendants are totally insensitive and untrained. The private ward is like a big zoo with everyone chattering and hollering across corridors. Lift operator - gutkha in mouth and another pouch in hand - was busy ogling women to the extent that I wanted to slap him.
Doctor by the name of AJIT SINGH when asked by the dealing doctor to go and see what the emergency was walked into the ward without patient file or details. He spun stories till he was asked to leave by us. He fought with us and called us names when we objected to the fact that he apparently did not know anything about the case and it appeared that he was also not interested in finding out anythin.....
