I've visited Sham mall many times and am quite impressed with the collection.
However, its not a mere coincidence that its only twice I shopped stitched suits at Sham Mall, and came back not-so-happy.
First time, I bought a suit which was pretty good, and I being quite choosy for such stuff, really liked it. So, I decided to buy it, though its pajami required promised alteration.
I did not mind coming after 2-3 days for the altered suit, but was really disappointed later on. Initially, they said it has been altered as per the measurements they took on the day of purchase. I just by chance tried it just to find it has not been touched even.
Still, I though its understandable as they have to deal with so many customers on daily basis. However, they offered to do it in 10-15 minutes. I kept my patience. But, it was not worth the wait, as it seemed they had lost the measurements, and just altered it on a hunch basis. That was a real sorry state, as we expect a better handling and care of our expensive stuff from them. Howsoever, we told them to take the measurements again and do the altering according to that. Still, we could not expect better as they were more interested in selling off their stuff than attending to our complaints. After all the frustation, what we got was that now the pajami was so tight that, i could not even put my hand inside that. It was an expensive purchase of 5K, and was just gone due to carelessness of the staff, and very irresponsib
