 | Inferior quality product with uncourteous staff  Posted on Sun 19 Dec 2010 I had purchased a white metal necklace in June 2010. The cost of the same was 3400/=. While selling the necklace the staff promised a life time warranty and replacement guarantee and assured of the necklace being of top quality. This necklace is from a brand called sia. Contrary to the assurance of quality, the necklace broke on the first wear itself. For personal reasons I could not visit the store earlier. Today (19-Dec-2010) when I visited the store the staff not only refused to attend to it saying breakages are not covered under warranty but were also uncouth and arrogant. So much for the Pentaloons promise! So much for quality. I am not sure why they charge so much for such low services and quality. Be aware if you are visiting this st..... | non recharge of T24 mobile free voucher  Posted on Fri 11 May 2012 I purchased some goods worth Rs. 3007.10 from pantaloon on 16/04/2012. in this connection I able to get Rs. 101/- free talktime of T24. but I unable to get the same. I complained much time to T24 and visited to Pantaloon for complain the representative of T24 saying to recharge but till now i am not getting the same, plz help me.Mt T24 Number is 8093568591.. the bill i have attached for your reference Thanks Ranjan Pani +91 9439131621.....
